Minimum Order

We accept orders of all sizes but orders under $100 include a $20 handling fee.

Shipping

Our products are warehoused in various locations around the country and our online store will attempt to fulfill your order from the closest warehouses.

Please don't hesitate to contact us if you would like us to come up with a custom shipping quote based on your specific requirements. For example, carriers other than UPS or freight quotes for larger orders.

Note that orders may be shipped 1 business day after you place your order. So if you are choosing a shipping option such as "Next Day Air", it may arrive 1 day later than "Next Day." Feel free to call us at 1-800-872-7548 if you have an urgent deadline for your shipping needs.

International Shipping

We are happy to quote international (non-U.S.) shipping by phone. Please contact us.

Payment Methods

We accept checks and all major credit cards. Purchase Orders are accepted by pre-approved customers (contact us for approval).

Returns

If a product is defective, it can be returned at our expense. If the product was incorrectly ordered, it can be returned at the customers expense, less a 15% restocking fee.
